What a channel partner does
A channel partner is a real estate agent that a developer works with to sell a project. The partner finds buyers, arranges site visits, explains the pricing and the payment plan, and helps the buyer through the booking and the paperwork. The developer usually pays the partner's commission. Ask for the terms in writing, whichever side you are on.
